How I Can Help As An Expert Witness In Fitted Interiors Disputes.

If you have a client in dispute with their retailer or installer over the quality of a fitted kitchen or other room, I can provide expert evidence to help your client make sense of the dispute. Following a site inspection, my report will separate the issues, record the facts, and give my opinion on each individual issue. I will give detailed conclusions and proposals for moving forward, together with a summary of my main conclusions.

If I am instructed before Court proceedings are issued, my intervention normally leads to quick and satisfactory resolution of the dispute. If I am instructed once the matter is at Court, the instruction is usually on a single joint basis. Again, resolution is normally quick without recourse to protracted Court proceedings.

All my work complies with the English and Welsh Civil Procedure Rules whether or not the matter has reached Court. In Scotland and Northern Ireland, although there are no equivalent rules, I apply the same principles of impartiality to my work.
