When Would You Need An Expert Witness?

When I have a feel for the issues, I will be able to advise whether or not to go ahead with a report, and give you an idea of the cost of the service. We will agree a date for the inspection, which normally takes around 2 hours. I normally have the completed report available for posting about 2 weeks after the inspection. You will be able to use the report as evidence if you decide to take the matter to Court, but I can also provide a mediation service to set out a common sense way forward if your retailer is willing to engage in mediation. This can be a cost-effective way of resolving the dispute.
