Below I have laid out my guide to my fees for your information.

Inspection and CPR-Compliant Report - Single Instruction (First Room)	£ 850
Inspection and CPR-Compliant Report - Single Joint Instruction (First Room)	£ 1,050
Additional Rooms	£ 150 each
Mediation or Arbitration Joint Instruction	£ 800
Clarification or Questions following Single Instruction	£ 100
Clarification or Questions following Joint Instruction	£ 100 per party
Supplementary or Other Report without site visit	£ 300
Supplementary or Other Report with site visit	£ 500
Quantum	£ 250
Hourly Rate	£ 60

Reports are normally delivered by email in PDF format. Reports can be delivered by surface post if required, subject to an extra charge of £25.

PAYMENT FOR EXPERT WITNESS REPORTS:

Payment is due when the report is ready to be submitted, or on submission of a fee note, whichever comes earlier.

Fees for Single Joint Instructions are shared equally between the parties. Reports are despatched when ALL fees have been paid.

Meetings and Attendance	Fee per Day or Part Day
Court Attendance	£ 750
Meetings with Counsel or Other Experts, Site Meetings or Attendance	£ 600

PAYMENT FOR MEETINGS AND COURT ATTENDANCE:

Payment in Advance.

In the event of cancellation of the attendance instruction, the fee will be returned minus any costs incurred.

Expenses
Public Transport	At Cost Plus £30 per Hour Travel Time
Own Car	£0.70 per mile Plus £30 per Hour Travel Time
Subsistence	*Overnight Cost £200

PAYMENT FOR TRAVELLING EXPENSES:

Travelling expenses for site inspections or other meetings are payable in advance.

*Overnight cost is payable when the total travelling time is more than 8 hours
