When Would You Need An Expert Witness?
If you have a dispute with your consumer that you have been unable to resolve without outside help, I am happy to work for retailers, either under a single instruction, or under a joint instruction with your consumer.
The Courts favour the latter approach as it usually leads to quick and inexpensive resolution of the dispute without protracted legal proceedings.
The principles of impartiality are always the same in every case I take on. And remember, as a fitted kitchen retailer with 46 years’ experience myself, I have a wide understanding of the kind of problems retailers face!
