I have many years’ experience of providing expert witness services to the fitted kitchen and bathroom industries. My typical clients are individuals or organisations that are in a dispute over the quality of goods and/or services given or received. I work as an expert witness for consumers, retailers, installers, manufacturers, or any other organisation involved with fitted interiors. I can take instructions from complainants or defendants, either directly or through their lawyers. I can work to single instructions (where I am instructed by one side in the dispute) or single joint instructions (where I am instructed by both sides in the dispute jointly).

City of York Council
Operation Angel was a criminal investigation by National Trading Standards Regional Investigations Team at City of York Council. This concerned a kitchen company in the North West of England.
Mr Ponder was asked to provide expert witness evidence in relation to the standard of the kitchen products and the workmanship of the fitting.
He produced a number of reports outlining his observations and findings.
He provided evidence at Manchester Crown Court on behalf of the prosecution. His presentation supported a successful prosecution and a number of defendants received custodial sentences.
The expert reports and his evidence at court was of a high quality and cost-effective.

After a disappointing experience with having a kitchen fitted and spending a considerable amount of money in doing so, I had to resort to getting an expert report with evidence. I didn’t know that such experts existed but fortunately I found Jerry who was willing to travel a long way to review and assess my kitchen.
